Retail CD Copy

If you have a retail CD copy that doesn’t rely on VPKs to load content, then you can just extract the addon into the game’s MM folder (overriding any models).

Steam

• Extract “Dark_Messiah_Kobold_Nude_Mod.7z” anywhere you want.
• Navigate to “gcfscape_v186” folder. Pick version according your system and launch the GCFScape.exe.
• Open ..\Steam\steamapps\common\Dark Messiah Might and Magic Single Player\vpks\depot_2103_dir.vpk with GCFscape.
• Extract the models folder from depot_2103_dir into the “..\Steam\steamapps\common\Dark Messiah Might and Magic Single Player\mm” folder of your game.
  Right clicking a folder will bring up a context menu from where you can extract from:

• Move all the vpks starting with “depot_2103” out of the vpk folder like so. This is to prevent it from overriding the model replacement.

• Finally replace the existing models inside the mm folder with the ones included in the mod’s addon (see DarkMessiahKoboldMod folder).
• Have fun!
