This mod makes G.F. Shiva naked. There are two versions: partly and completely nude. It’s only supports FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered, other versions like the one from 2013 will not work. Added DEMASTER mod tool v.1.2.8a by maki. Credits: crefra13.

How to Install Final Fantasy VIII Remastered Naked G.F. Shiva
Make a backup of your files before proceed.
Step 1 – Install DEMASTER Mod Tool:
- Place all the files from the “ff8_demaster_128a” folder into your “FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered” folder.
Usually: “\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered”. - Open the “ffviii_demaster_manager.exe” application and run the “unpack” feature – this will take a while and create a “…FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered/DEMASTER_EXP” folder. Now all modified textures loads from here.
Step 2 – Install the mod:
- You can only have one version installed. Choose version 1 or 2.
Merge the “textures” folder located within the folder of “v1 half-nude” or “v2 full-nude” with the one in your “DEMASTER_EXP” folder and overwrite existing files.
Tip: If you did everything right, the changed texture called “mag184_1.png” is located in the “FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered\DEMASTER_EXP\textures\battle.fs\hd_new” folder. - [OPTIONAL] If you want to use the new Shiva picture in the ingame menu, copy files from the “optional – Shiva menu picture for v1” or “optional – Shiva menu picture for v2” folder to “DEMASTER_EXP” folder and overwrite existing files.
Tip: The changed texture called “gf_big00.tex.png” should be in the “FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered\DEMASTER_EXP\textures\hires” folder.
