Do you want to play with one of the sexiest supervillainesses? The mod adds Harley Quinn character in the Sims 4. Basically, she looks hot in anything she wears, so why bother talking about all her costumes? All the CC and files you need are inside the mod’s package. Credits: devilangel13.


Installation
  1. Unpack the mod’s archive anywhere you want. There are two folders inside it: one called Tray and one called Mods.
  2. Copy all the files from the Tray folder to the “Tray” folder in game directory:
    Windows XP: Documents and Settings(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
    Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
    Windows 10: Users(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
  3. Navigate to the “Mods” folder and place its content into your game’s “Mods” folder:
    Windows XP: Documents and Settings(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
    Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
    Windows 10: Users(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
  4. Delete the “localthumbcache.package” file before you start the game.
  5. Open the game and enable Cc in the Sims 4 option.
  6. Have fun with Harley Quinn!
