This is one of the first real Nude patches for Alyx, who is completely naked. During installation, you must simply specify your Steam folder.

Well, it’s been a little over 6 months since I started this, been through hell and back getting everything to work to the best of my ability, and it’s finally finished. Enclosed with this documentation is the installer for the Alyx Nude Mod.

if any of these files are missing in the version you downloaded, and tell me where you downloaded this from.
Nude mod alyx Installation Instructions
Simply run the Alyx Nude setup file, and when it asks, browse to find your Steam account name/email address folder in your steam folder. From there, the installer will install the needed files where they belong. Once the Installation is finished, just load up Half Life 2 or Garry’s Mod and you’ll see the original Alyx replaced by the Nude version. If you wish to go back to the original at any time,simply uninstall the mod using add/remove programs. As long as you keep the setup file you’re always a minute away from getting Alyx out of her clothes.
Legal Stuff
Although there is an SDK with all of my source files in it, you are allowed to decompile the model, and modify any of the images contained within this release. However, no matter how extensive or simple your modifications are, I, Digital Utopia must be given credit for the original creation, and this document must remain unchanged. Otherwise you can do whatever you like with these files.
Anybody who choses to host this modification must do two things. First off, credit Digital Utopia for the creation of this modification, and second, this document must be included in the downloaded file.

Cannonfodder from HL2World for the tools and the help to get the facial expressions working…without his amazing work on his mdl decompiler, Alyx nudity would be a lot less than she is. To Soljahboy for finding the texture which was ultimately used for the release skin. Without that great find, Alyx wouldn’t look near as good as she does. To Flibby, Nyarlathotep, and Edude who have made it possible for me to keep my sanity by not having to answer every single “Is it done yet?” To Feedbag & HL2 World for allowing the original topic to exist in the first place, and continue to exist. To Taz00, for starting the topic. Without that topic, I would’ve never even started this. To the entire community at HL2 World, and everybody else who has made suggestions, critiques, and honest praise to this model. You are the ones I did this for…and you helped make it what it is. I know this is old, but I can’t get it to work. I follow the setup instructions but nothing changes in game.
So the install doesn’t work without some extra steps. Just run the install and in the folder you selected it’s going to create 2 folders materials and models with all the goodies you need. Create a new folder in your Valve\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2 directory called custom. In that folder create a new folder called ALYXNUDE, then copy those 2 materials and models folders into this folder. Works perfectly for me. Hope that helps!
